This is the first blog so let's see where we go. Hello is a good start, my name is Donna and I run this business. I had my own store for 12 years and then Covid locked our doors. So I put all my clothes into storage not knowing where to head with business being down for those few years.

Then it finally dawned on me to get online and start working on making clothes again. Something I missed dearly. I love sewing. From start to finish. Buying the material to cutting and then sewing the pieces together. That's who I am!

Making clothes and mixing material. I might start with a pattern but never generally finish the pattern how it wants to be made. I do them my way.

I love mixing types of prints, types of cloth. Adding to or taking away their idea and putting my idea in the piece. Clothing to me is like paint to an artist. Which runs in my family. We have a lot of artists in my family, it runs in our blood in different ways.

Right now, I am working on winter clothing. I am more used to doing summer clothes or at least clothes you wear in Florida because that is where I live. Now that I am online, I have opened my eyes to the idea I need to do warmer clothes for everyone. It's been a lot of work. I am getting there slowly but getting there. I want you who live in cold weather to have warm clothes to wear too. So bare, or I should say bear with me while I get my work together and online.

I will be getting my Christmas outfits out pretty soon. I have a lot done already. I have to get them inline. Meaning I have to iron all clothing before it can be posted. I love to iron my clothing. It has to be perfect. Yes, I love to iron clothing!
